Terms of Service (ToS) for PixelPlex Network Store

Welcome to the PixelPlex Network Store (the "Store"). By purchasing any products, services, or digital goods (collectively, the "Items") from our Store, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Store or make any purchases.

1. General Terms

1.1. By using the Store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases.
1.2. All purchases made on the Store are for virtual goods or services intended for use on the PixelPlex Network (the "Server"). These Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency or goods.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Store, the Server, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Purchases and Payments

2.1. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment provider.
2.2. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and up to date.
2.3. All prices listed in the Store are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, we are under no obligation to provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Dissatisfaction with the purchased Item(s).
Loss of access to the Server due to bans, suspensions, or other disciplinary actions.
Server downtime or technical issues.
3.2. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you may contact us at tramskovi@gmail.com. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny any refund request for any reason.
3.3. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final unless otherwise stated by us in writing.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

4.1. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms.
4.2. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending or permanently banning your account on the Server, if a chargeback or dispute is initiated.

5. Account and Item Ownership

5.1. All Items purchased from the Store remain the property of PixelPlex Network. You are purchasing a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Items on the Server.
5.2. We reserve the right to modify, revoke, or remove any purchased Items at any time without notice or compensation.

6. Server Rules and Enforcement

6.1. By purchasing from the Store, you agree to abide by the rules and guidelines of the Server. Violations of these rules may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to the removal of purchased Items, account suspension, or permanent bans.
6.2. No refunds will be issued for Items lost due to disciplinary actions.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Store and its operators are not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the Store, the Server, or purchased Items.
7.2. All Items are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
8.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Store shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Slovenia.

10.3. Users may request the deletion of their personal data by contacting us directly. Please note that submitting a data deletion request will result in the permanent deletion of the user’s account and all associated data. This action is irreversible.
